Privilege club is the rar jewelry loyalty programme. Your tier grows with the total of your purchases, unlocking a higher discount and earlier access to new pieces.

Your account shows your tier and discount; purchased pieces are in My collection.

What the club gives you

A personal discount

A 2% discount after you complete your profile. At higher tiers it grows up to 20%.

From Gold, new pieces open 24–72 hours before the public release.

From Gold you can reserve up to two pieces, for up to 10 days.

Tier

What counts

Your tier depends on the total of your purchases over time.

  • Your tier and discount are in your profile; purchased pieces are in the My collection tab.

Your price

How the discount is calculated

On the site you see the price with your discount already applied. First comes the product sale (when active) — for everyone. Then your club discount is taken off the sale price: the higher of your personal and tier discount; during the birthday window +5% is added.

Formula

Club discount = the higher of (personal, tier) + 5% on your birthday

Price sequence: 1) list price → 2) product sale → 3) club % of the post-sale price. Example: 10,000 UAH, sale −20% → 8,000 UAH; Gold 5% → 7,600 UAH. If a manager assigned a personal discount higher than your tier discount, that one is used. Some pieces may exclude the club discount.

A special window

Birthday discount

Adding your birthday to the profile unlocks a separate bonus for your celebration.

  • An extra +5% discount applies for 14 days before your birthday and 7 days after.
  • The bonus is added to your base discount (tier or personal), not instead of it.
  • For the bonus to work, your birthday must be in your profile, and the profile must be complete.

Early access

Early access to new pieces

Some new pieces are first available only to club members at the matching tier: you can see and buy them before the public release.

  • The access window depends on your tier: from 24 hours on Gold to 72 hours on Elite.
  • Until your access window opens, the piece stays hidden: only club members whose access has already opened can see it.
  • When your window opens, the piece becomes fully available and is marked with an Early access badge in the catalogue and on the product page.
  • Pieces currently available to you also appear in the early-access block in your account profile.
  • After the public release, the piece is available to every visitor of the shop.

Reservation

Hold a piece while you decide

From Gold, a “Reserve” button appears next to “Add to cart” on the product page. Handy when you want to think it over — we hold the piece for you for the duration of the reservation.

  • Choose the reservation period (up to 10 days). If you like, write when you plan to pick the piece up.
  • You can hold up to two pieces at once. Cancel a reservation in your account until it is being processed; after that, contact us.
  • A reserved piece shows a “Reserved” badge to other shoppers. When the period ends, the reservation is released automatically.
  • A reservation is not a payment; a manager will contact you to agree the terms of purchase, payment and delivery.
