- 1.3. Acceptance of the offer occurs when the Buyer places an order on the website and/or confirms and/or pays for the order.
- 1.4. The Seller may amend this offer without prior notice. The new version takes effect upon publication on the website.

3. Subject of the contract
- 3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer jewelry and other goods presented on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods under this offer.
- 3.2. Description, specifications, contents, and the current price are shown on the relevant product page.
- 3.3. Product images on the website may differ slightly from the actual appearance due to screen color rendering.
4. Order placement
- 4.1. Orders are placed by the Buyer independently through the website.
- 4.2. To place an order, the Buyer provides accurate data: full name, phone number, email, delivery address, and other required information.
- 4.3. The Seller may clarify order details by phone, email, or messengers.
- 4.4. If the order cannot be fulfilled (out of stock, pricing error, etc.), the Seller promptly notifies the Buyer and offers a replacement, revised terms, or cancellation with a refund.
- 4.5. An order is considered accepted for fulfillment after confirmation by the Seller.
5. Price and payment
- 5.1. Prices on the website are shown in UAH per item.
- 5.2. The payable price is fixed when the Seller confirms the order.
- 5.3. Payment is made using methods available at checkout.
- 5.4. The payment date is the day funds are credited to the Seller's account.
- 5.5. If a confirmed order is cancelled, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
6. Delivery and transfer of goods
- 6.1. Delivery is provided across Ukraine using methods listed on the "Delivery" page.
- 6.2. Delivery cost and timing depend on the selected method, region, and carrier rates.
- 6.3. Risk of accidental damage or loss passes to the Buyer upon actual receipt by the Buyer or their representative.
- 6.4. Upon receipt, the Buyer must check packaging integrity and order compliance. Claims regarding visible damage should ideally be recorded in the carrier's presence.
7. Returns, exchanges, and warranty
- 7.1. Returns and exchanges are carried out under Ukrainian law and the terms published on the "Returns" and "Warranty" pages.
- 7.2. Jewelry of proper quality that is non-returnable under the applicable list may be returned only in cases expressly provided by law.
- 7.3. If defects are found, the Buyer may contact the Seller with a claim under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
8. Rights and obligations of the parties
- 8.1. The Seller must deliver goods of proper quality within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise agreed.
- 8.2. The Buyer must provide accurate information for the order, pay on time, and accept the goods.
- 8.3. The Seller may refuse to process an order if the Buyer provides false data or abuses their rights.
9. Liability
- 9.1. The parties are liable for failure or improper performance of obligations under Ukrainian law and this offer.
- 9.2. The Seller is not liable for temporary website unavailability caused by technical failures, provider or hosting work, or force majeure.
- 9.3. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier or consequences of inaccurate contact details provided by the Buyer.
10. Force majeure
- 10.1. The parties are released from liability if non-performance results from force majeure arising after the contract is concluded that the parties could not foresee or prevent.
- 10.2. The affected party must notify the other party within a reasonable time.
11. Intellectual property and website use
- 11.1. All website materials (texts, photos, graphics, design, logos) are intellectual property of the Seller or used on lawful grounds.
- 11.2. Copying, distribution, or other use of website materials without written permission is prohibited except where allowed by law.
- 11.3. Users must not take actions that may disrupt the website, compromise security, or infringe third-party rights.

- 12.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy published on the website.
- 12.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read the Privacy Policy and consent to processing personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the order.
13. Dispute resolution
- 13.1. Disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations.
- 13.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is considered under the procedure established by Ukrainian law.
